My name is Roselynn Cacy, and I am a candidate for Senate District K. I've lived in the same house for the last 34 years, right across from Oceanview School.

I like to solve problems. 

Sometimes I solve problems because I am a tax preparer. There is too much bureaucracy for small businesses and taxpayers. I like to help people get through the red tape, but I really want to change the whole program so that it works for everyone.

Sometimes I solve problems because I'm an Alaskan. When the state was broke and we needed a pipeline, I worked in the office for Senator Mike Gravel and we found solutions. I am pro oil and gas development.

And finally, I'm Mrs. Cacy the math teacher. Too many Alaskan youth are not graduating high school. I have been helping them one by one, but we need laws that support our kids to help them face our changing world.

I believe in playing by the rules. I know that what you do to one side of the equation, you need to do to the other. I've been working hard for Alaska for over 40 years and I want to work hard for you!
